MyCustoms Participated in the Fourth Conference on Supply Chain Management and Optimization

At a conference, the company presented a client use case on the Digitalization and Automation of Cargo Import.

Despite the fact that the MyCustoms service entered the market only in April 2022, it has already gone from testing to implementation as the main service tool for a number of FEA participants. At the Conference, Aleksei Mavropulo shared the features of the platform integration and what problems the importing company managed to overcome with its help. Thus, the system made it possible to eliminate unplanned costs related to cargo delays, late provision of documents for customs clearance and preparation of additional permits. The system also helps to optimally distribute funds when planning the customs fees payment.

Due to the integration of MyCustoms into the importer's accounting system, the company can now select CN FEA codes quickly and accurately, store documents and stock item catalogues in the cloud space, as well as using notifications and automatic reporting systems. Also, it should be noted that the importer has received a personal account and a unified communication space to cooperate with partners, as well as a special customs fees calculator.

"According to our observations, –– Aleksei Mavropulo notes, –– the presented case and MyCustoms itself caused a rather lively response among the participants of the Conference. We were asked a number of questions showing clear interest in the project. When the discussion at the conference was over, it continued the next day at our company's booth."

In 2022, 245 companies from 18 countries took part in the exhibition. TransRussia 2022 was visited by 18,688 specialists from transport and logistics companies and other business enterprises, whose main priorities were to find new products and services for business development.
